Production & Web Design Lead Organization: Centro de Vida Familiar Staff Level: Administrative Leadership

Position Summary

The Production & Web Design Lead is responsible for overseeing all production operations for Centro de Vida Familiar, including Sunday services, youth services, conferences, special events, ministry gatherings, and other church functions. The role oversees audio, lighting, visual presentation, photography, videography, livestreaming, camera operations, stage support, Church Online, YouTube streaming, and communication support including website management, video editing, social media, and internet service coordination.

Qualifications

  1. Demonstrates the character, competency, chemistry, and culture expectations of Centro de Vida Familiar.

  2. Regularly attends Centro de Vida Familiar weekend services and actively participates in serving.

  3. Minimum of one year of experience in production leadership, communications, media, creative services, or related fields. Strong candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.

  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

  5. Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  6. Proven leadership, team building, and volunteer management abilities.

  7. Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  8. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, ProPresenter, YouTube Studio, Church Online Platform, livestream software, and other digital media tools.

  9. Proficient with audio, video, lighting, cameras, and production systems commonly used in church environments.

10. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary leader responsible for all production operations for Centro de Vida Familiar.

  2. Oversee all production aspects of Sunday services, youth services, conferences, special events, ministry gatherings, and other church functions.

  3. Recruit, train, schedule, and develop volunteers serving in Audio, Lighting, Visual Presentation (ProPresenter), Photography, Videography, Camera Operations, Livestream Production, Stage Support, Online Support, Internet Service, and the Social Media Team.

  4. Coordinate all technical and production needs for weekly services and ministry events.

  5. Manage the church's online platform.

  6. Oversee internet broadcasts and YouTube livestreams.

  7. Manage and maintain the church app.

  8. Upload and organize sermons and videos on YouTube and other digital platforms.

  9. Maintain an accurate inventory of all production equipment, ensuring production areas remain organized, functional, and well-managed.

  10. Maintain and regularly update the church website.

  11. Support advertising and promotional efforts.

  12. Produce videos (promotional, sermon, announcements, ministry highlights, and other main events).

  13. Creates a yearly production budget and makes purchases per budget approval.

  14. Collaborate with ministry leaders and complete additional projects assigned.

Other Functions

Might perform other work-related duties and projects, based on the church’s needs.

Physical Demands

The functions are usually performed while sitting, but may involve some amount of time standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, lifting (max. of 40 lbs.), walking, carrying, reaching, stretching, performing repetitive motions of the hands or wrists and other movements. The abilities of seeing, hearing, and speaking are also required.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Compensation

Classification: Full-time non-exempt (40 hours per week) with flexible hours, including working some weekends and evenings.

Supervisor: Lead Pastor

Hourly Pay: Starting at $21.50/hour
