Production & Communications Coordinator
Organization: Centro de Vida Familiar Staff Level: Administrative Leadership Classification: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Hours may vary depending on ministry events and services.) Hours: 40 hours per week Supervisor: Ps. Christi Villarias
Position Summary
The Production & Communications Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all production operations for Centro de Vida Familiar, including Sunday services, youth services, conferences, special events, ministry gatherings, and other church functions. The role oversees audio, lighting, visual presentation, photography, videography, livestreaming, camera operations, stage support, Church Online, YouTube streaming, and communication support including website management, video editing, and social media coordination.
Qualifications
· Demonstrates the character, competency, chemistry, and culture expectations of Centro de Vida Familiar.
· Regularly attends Centro de Vida Familiar weekend services and actively participates in serving.
· Minimum of two years of experience in production leadership, communications, media, creative services, or a related field.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven leadership, team-building, and volunteer management abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, ProPresenter, YouTube Studio, Church Online Platform, livestream software, and other digital media tools.
· Familiarity with audio, video, lighting, cameras, and production systems commonly used in church environments.
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary leader responsible for all production operations for Centro de Vida Familiar.
· Oversee all production aspects of Sunday services, youth services, conferences, special events, ministry gatherings, and other church functions.
· Lead, recruit, train, schedule, and develop volunteers serving in Audio, Lighting, Visual Presentation (ProPresenter), Photography, Videography, Camera Operations, Livestream Production, Stage Support, Online Support, and the Social Media Team.
· Coordinate all technical and production needs for weekly services and ministry events.
· Schedule production volunteers and ensure adequate coverage for every service and event.
· Manage the church's online campus through the Church Online platform.
· Oversee internet broadcasts and YouTube livestreams.
· Manage and maintain the church app.
· Upload and organize sermons and videos on YouTube and other digital platforms.
· Maintain an accurate inventory of all production equipment.
· Maintain and update the church website.
· Create and manage event registration pages and online event platforms.
· Support advertising and promotional efforts.
· Produce promotional videos, sermon videos, announcement videos, and ministry highlight videos.
· Assist with video editing for sermons, promotional content, ministry highlights, social media, and special events.
· Coordinate volunteer schedules and rotations for the social media team.
· Collaborate with ministry leaders and complete additional projects as assigned.

Compensation
Annual Salary: $38,400–$40,000, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
